Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Pragati Skill Academy, we strive to ensure our students receive the best education and training. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have formulated this policy to outline our refund and cancellation procedures.

2. Course Cancellation by Student

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must notify us in writing or via email. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Before Course Commencement: If you cancel before the course start date, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a small administrative processing fee.
  • Within the First Week: Cancellations made within the first week (7 days) of the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • After the First Week: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the first week of the course.

3. Course Cancellation by Academy

In the unlikely event that Pragati Skill Academy has to cancel or reschedule a course, enrolled students will be offered the option to either transfer to the rescheduled batch or receive a full refund of the course fees paid.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Registration fees, exam fees, and the cost of any provided physical study materials are non-refundable under any circumstances.
